HR Comply provides the following services:
- Free same-day HR compliance audits
- Labour law consulting

- HR consulting for small and medium businesses
Free HR Compliance Audit:
Our free HR compliance audit is provided at no cost as an introductory service. The audit is based on information provided by the client and does not constitute legal advice. HR Comply reserves the right to withdraw or modify the free audit offering at any time.
Client Responsibilities:
When engaging our services, you agree to provide accurate and complete information, not misrepresent your business, use our reports for lawful purposes only, and not reproduce or distribute our reports without prior written consent.
Intellectual Property:
All content on our website including text, graphics, logos, reports and documents are the intellectual property of HR Comply. You may not reproduce or distribute our content without express written permission.
Disclaimer:
Our services and reports are provided in good faith and do not constitute legal advice. For formal legal advice we recommend consulting a qualified labour law attorney. HR Comply shall not be liable for any direct, indirect or consequential losses arising from reliance on our services.
Limitation of Liability:
HR Comply’s total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Confidentiality:
We treat all client information as strictly confidential and will not disclose your information to any third party without your consent, except where required by law.
Payment Terms:
Our free HR compliance audit is provided at no charge. For paid services, payment terms will be outlined in a separate service agreement. All prices are in South African Rand and exclude VAT unless stated.
Cancellation and Refunds:
For paid engagements, cancellation terms will be outlined in your service agreement. Where work has commenced, a pro-rata cancellation fee may apply.
Governing Law:
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.
Changes to These Terms:
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Your continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
